BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 1/2 c. liquid from vegetables and sprouts
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. soy sauce (less if desired)
Sm. can Chinese noodles for topping or side dish

Saute hamburger and onion. Drain. Place in large casserole baking dish. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Top Chinese noodles on the casserole the last 10 minutes of baking time, or use as a side dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
