ITALIAN CAULIFLOWER 
2 pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1/2 to 1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. olive oil

Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper together. Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl. Dip each piece of cauliflower in flour, then in egg. Fry in olive oil until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels or brown paper.
