ITALIAN STYLE CAULIFLOWER 
1 lb. cauliflower
1/4 c. olive oil
Garlic powder and pepper, to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Wash cauliflower, remove leaves and stems. Cook in small amount of boiling water for 6-7 minutes. Heat oil, add cauliflower and sprinkle with garlic powder. Saute until lightly browned. Add pepper. Arrange on serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
