RICE-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
2 c. beef consomme
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms & juice

Put rice into 2 quart casserole; add consomme, mushrooms and juice. Stir. Put stick of butter on top. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
