CLEMSON BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 bottles of catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mustard
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown butter in frying pan. Add other ingredients and simmer. Pour over meat. (Mix 2 tablespoons flour with water to thicken sauce like gravy.) Leftover barbecue sauce is good over chicken or pork chops.
