CROCKPOT PARTRIDGE | |
4 1/2 qts. to 6 qt. crockpot 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 1/4 c. water or enough to cover 2 stalks celery, chopped 6 carrots, cut into 2 inch strips 3 to 6 Partridge breasts, deboned 1 tsp. rosemary 1 tbsp. flour 6 med. potatoes, quartered 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix soups together with spices, water and flour. Place soup mixture in crockpot. Heat until bubbling, then place breasts into mixture. Cook for 1 hour on high. Add vegetables; cook until vegetables are fork-tender, approximately 50 minutes. Feeds 6. |
