1 lb. Kraft caramels (light)
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 lg. pkg. Nestle's Milk Chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter

Combine until smooth in double boiler. When all melted, set time and cook 30 minutes. Beat with electric mixer until thick.
