TACO SOUP 
3 lbs ground chuck
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 packs mild taco seasoning
1 pack regular taco seasoning
2 packs Ranch salad dressing mix
2 cans mild Rotel
1 can regular Rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can drained kidney beans
2 cans whole kernel corn (undrained)
2 cans cream corn
2 cans water
1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tbsp. sour cream (optional)
1 bag Frito's corn chips

Cook ground meat and onions together, then drain all grease. Put ground meat and onion mixture into large pot. Add all remaining ingredients except for the cheese, sour cream and chips. Stir well!

Cook on medium heat until soup begins to boil. Simmer on low for about thirty minutes, stir often.

I serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and chips.
