BECCA'S EASY TACO SOUP 
2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans corn (drained)
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans pinto beans (drained)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel (do NOT drain)

Brown ground beef, drain. Mix all ingredients together. Put in large, deep pot on medium-high heat on stove. Cover. Cook for 1 to 2 hours. Stir frequently.

Can also be cooked in Crock-Pot on medium-high for 2 to 3 hours. Stir frequently.

Serve with: Fritos, Tostitos, saltines, etc. Shredded cheese (Mexican/sharp cheddar), dairy sour cream, black olives (optional).

This was good... I would add a little tomato juice next time to make it more soupy, but I would definitely make again.
