BAGELS 
5 lbs. flour
8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. salt
1 cake household yeast
Enough water to make a soft dough

Combine ingredients and knead well. Let dough rise then punch down and let rise again. Then form bagels in shape you desire and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Let them rise to twice their size. Then bake at 350 degrees until brown, 30 minutes. Butter tops when they come out of the oven.
