CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Karo light corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)

Heat oven to 350°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in bowl on High 1 to 2 minutes until melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell.

Bake 50 minutes or until filling is firm.

Makes 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
