WHITE CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 9 inch crust-refrigerated
1 egg
1/3 c light brown sugar
1/4 c dark corn syrup
1/4 c dark corn syrup
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
2 c chopped pecans
3/4 c chopped white chocolate
1 egg yolk
1/4 c chopped white chocolate

With electric mixer, beat together egg, egg yolk, and 1/3 c light brown sugar for 5 minutes. Mix in 1/4 c each of light and dark corn syrup, 2 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla and pinch of salt. Stir in 2 cups pecans and 3/4 c chopped white chocolate. Pour into refrigerated pie crust and bake in 350°F oven for 40 minutes. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
