CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together. Add butter, eggs and milk. Then add pecans and vanilla.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. About half way through cooking, place a piece of aluminum foil over pie to prevent crust from getting too brown. Make sure pie is dry to touch before removing from oven.

Makes 1 deep-dish pie.
