HUNGARIAN CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. each garlic and onion salts
Lg. head of cabbage
1 lg. can of sauerkraut
1 lg. head of cabbage

Steam cabbage until soft enough to roll. Combine pork with other ingredients. Roll small amount of pork within each softened cabbage leaf. Place rolls in large pot. When you have covered bottom of pot with rolls add a layer of sauerkraut, continue with process until pot is almost full.

Add 1 large can of whole tomatoes over entire pot and bring to a simmer. Cook for at least 4 hours, longer if possible.
