TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. turkey bits
2 c. croutons
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
1 c. frozen peas
1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. melted butter

Place croutons on bottom of casserole. Set aside. Combine milk, soup, onion, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed. Add turkey and peas and add to casserole. Add a few more croutons and pour melted butter over all. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
