WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
2 eggs
6 oz. white chocolate baking bar, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Oven 375 degrees. In small bowl combine chocolate wafer crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch springform pan, refrigerate.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in melted white chocolate and vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until served.
