WHITE CHOCOLATE - LEMON
CHEESECAKE
 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1/2 c. cream
4 eggs, beat well
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sour cream
Graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Heat cream until almost to a boil. Add white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Stir chocolate mixture into cream cheese until mixed well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined. Press a graham cracker crust into a 10 inch springform pan.

Pour batter into pan and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until the middle of the cake is springy and not soupy.
