D D'S MEXICAN SALAD 
2 cans Campbell's nacho cheese soup
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
Black or green olives, sliced (optional)
Jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)

Fry and drain sausage. Place diced vegetables (also olives and peppers, if used) in large bowl. Add sausage and cheese soup. Mix well, but gently. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with plain nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
