MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco mix
1 med. size pkg. tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (16 oz.) jar hot sauce
2 to 3 c. shredded yellow cheese

Brown hamburger with the onions; drain off grease. Add taco mix and mix.

Use an oblong cake pan. Put 1 thin layer of meat mixture, then 1 thin layer of shredded tortillas. Spread refried beans, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Add rest of meat mixture and rest of the shredded tortillas. Now spread nacho cheese soup. Spread the jar of hot sauce. Sprinkle the green peppers on top of mixture. Lastly sprinkle cheese on top of all this evenly.

Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is brown on edges. Serves 9.
