MY FAVORITE CAKE | |
1 pkg. Super Moist yellow cake mix 1/4 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 2/3 c. water 2 c. flaked coconut 1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped Blend the cake mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in the coconut and nut meats. Pour into 3 (9 inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pans 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely before frosting. Frost with Coconut- Cream Cheese Frosting. Makes 10 to 14 servings. |
