CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
7 1/2 oz. crab meat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced and diced
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (9 inch) pie shell, prebake 5 minutes

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk, mix until blended. Stir in crab, cheese and onions. Pour into shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
