CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. crabmeat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
Sm. can mushrooms
4 strips bacon

Prepared pie crust for 10 inch pie plate or quiche pan.

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk. Add crabmeat, cheese, onion, pepper, mushrooms, and bacon. Pour into 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until center is firm.
