FIVE SPICE CHOPS 
Six pork chops
Chinese 5 Spice seasoning
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 apples

Season pork chops (sparingly) with 5 spice seasoning and coat with cornstarch. Cook on low heat in small amount of vegetable oil until brown. Add peeled apple wedges to skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes turning chops and apples. Serve with stir fry vegetables and rice.
