MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp. ground all spice
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients in large bowl. Add chops, cover and put in refrigerator turning once in evening. Leave overnight until ready to cook. Remove chops and discard marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or fry chops.
