THICK BAR-B-Q PORK CHOPS 
Can use a pork tenderloin.

MARINATING SAUCE:

1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dark molasses
2 tsp. salt

Mix together and bring to a boil, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, molasses and salt. Cool. Put chops in a pan with bone side up. Pour sauce over chops and refrigerate overnight. Next day remove chops from sauce. Bake in tightly covered pan at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.

RED SAUCE:

3 tbsp. water
1 c. Heinz ketchup
6 oz. Heinz chili sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine mustard, sugar and water, leaving no lumps, add ketchup and chili sauce. Bring to a boil. Dip each chop in sauce and bake or bar-b-q for 15 minutes to glaze.
