COD FISH CAKES 
1 lb. boneless cod fish
4 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
2 blades scallions
4 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. vinegar
Flour for frying

Put onion, scallions, garlic, and peppers in blender or food processor. Boil fish for about 10 minutes. Pour off water. Boil again, add vinegar to water. Boil potatoes separately. Crush fish and potatoes. Add blended seasoning. Add eggs and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Roll in small balls. Flour and fry until golden brown. Heat oil until hot.
