MEI YEN PORK CHOPS | |
Mei Yen -- Spice Island - Stix Bread 4 pork chops, cut one inch thick with Mei Yen powder. Also put on lots of black pepper. Brown good - add a little butter if not much fat on chops. Take pork chops out of skillet, pour off excess grease. Add 1 cup sour cream, stir up until melted. Stir in 4 tablespoons of Marsala wine. Put pork chops back in skillet and cook over low heat for long time. Serve over hominy. Take pork chops out and heat hominy in the water it is canned in. Pour off water, add gravy to hominy, delicious! |
