PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5-6 pork chops, regular cut
3-4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 chopped onion or sliced thin
1/4 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 can mushroom soup plus 1/2 can water
Salt and pepper or your favorite spices

Brown pork chops, season. Place in buttered casserole dish, top with onion and bell peppers. Place thinly sliced potatoes on top. Pour soup mixed with water over all. Bake covered 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave covered with Saran Wrap to full power for 25-30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
