PORK TENDERLOIN MARINADE 
1 pork tenderloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
Pinch of ginger, fresh grated
Dash of salt, pepper, paprika

Mix all ingredients in bowl. You can either marinate the tenderloin whole or cut up into chunks. It is best if marinated overnight in the refrigerator, although all day is also fine. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.

Preheat your gas grill at least 5 minutes. If you are cooking chunks, grill 5-10 minutes on each side. If it is still whole, grill 10-15 minutes on each side. Do not over cook.
