POTATO PORK CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Mix together soup, onion, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Pour 1/2 soup mixture in 9x13 pan. Next put in potatoes, top with pork chops. Pour remaining soup mixture over chops. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
