PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
4 med. pork chops
2-3 lg. potatoes
1 sm. can whole milk
1 sm. onion

Add can of milk to can of soup and scald in pot. Slice potatoes thinly and place in Pyrex baking dish. Thinly slice onion and layer over potatoes. Place pork chops over all. Pour hot soup over pork chops and rest of casserole. Sprinkle pepper over chops. Bake for 1/2 hour at 425 degrees. Then 1/2 hour at 350.
