PORK CHOP - POTATO CASSEROLE 
Pork chops (boneless)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Flour
Raw potatoes
1/2 onion
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Butter
3/4 c. milk

Trim fat off boneless pork chops. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle with flour. Layer with thin sliced potatoes; 1/2 onion sliced over potatoes. Sprinkle with 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese. Place 4 pats of butter on top. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle with flour. Layer with thin sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour 3/4 cup milk over casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
