| BEST SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP | |

Yummy! A Party Favorite! 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed 1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese 1 cup dairy sour cream 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter red pepper flakes, to taste  Sauté onions in butter, adding ingredients while mixing and blending well after each addition. Add ingredients in this order: Spinach, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.Remove from heat and put in crocks or microwave dish. Top with Monterey Jack Cheese and melt. Serve hot with chips or bread. Note: May also add Mozzarella Cheese on top and lightly brown. Submitted by: Shonda | |

Love this recipe!! Ive been using it for years now, and never fails everyone loves it! I have always just combined all ingredients and baked, but for the first time im going to try and do it by the directions and see what its like. I'm sure from all the comments it will be great.
