KENTUCKY PECAN PIE 
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) pie crust uncooked

Combine sugar, syrup, salt, butter and vanilla; mix well. Add the eggs and beat until well mixed. Pour into pie shell. Top with the pecans and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
