BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Combine soup, mayo, cheese, and eggs. Fold in broccoli. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
