BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen cauliflower
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Thaw the frozen vegetables. Cut the cheese into chunks and mix with the vegetables. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix the crumbs with the melted stick of butter. Put the cheese and vegetables in a casserole dish and top with the cracker and butter mixture. (A casserole dish that is deeper than it is wide is best.) Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
