BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Layer in casserole in order. Dot top crackers with butter. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
