1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream (1 pint)
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mexican style "Fiesta" cheese
tortilla chips, for dipping

Spread refried beans on bottom of pan. Mix taco seasoning and sour cream together and spread on top of refried beans. Sprinkle cheese on all above. Best if chilled for an hour or two. Serve with tortilla chips.
