CB'S EASY TACO DIP 
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning (original flavor works best)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded taco cheese with extra taco seasonings (Mexican Fiesta)

TOPPING OPTIONS:

minced black olives
green onions
diced tomatoes
shredded lettuce

Mix together cream cheese and dairy sour cream in blender on low speed. Slowly add taco seasoning and turn mixer to cream/whip setting.

Spread into a 2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese and other toppings if desired. Enjoy!

Note: Combines well with guacamole on side and tortilla chips.
