GRANDMA'S EASY CHICKEN TACOS (CROCK-POT) | |
This is so yummy and easy! It is so good for a busy family who wants "home made tacos" without the fuss. 4 large split chicken breasts (with skin and bones) 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa (your choice) 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix Place chicken breasts in Crock-Pot. Pour salsa and taco mix over chicken. Cook until chicken falls apart (about three hours on high). Remove chicken breast skin and bone, shred chicken. Place back in Crock-Pot and heat through. Serve on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings (shredded Mexican cheese, sour cream, etc.) Prep time: 5 minutes; Cook time: 3 hours on high. Submitted by: Grandma Gay |
