POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. shredded frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 c. diced onion sauteed in 1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Recipe can be halved and also frozen.)
