POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. diced onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
Bread crumbs

Spread frozen hash browns in 9 x 13 pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

NOTE: You can use any kind of cream soup - sometimes I use cheddar cheese soup too. I also add fresh mushrooms (slices), sometimes broccoli. Very good to use leftover chicken or turkey (chopped), or sliced Polish sausage.
