CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked noodles
1 c. chicken broth
4 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. frozen peas and carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. pimento
2 tbsp. minced onion
Potato chips crushed and sprinkled on top

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes. Do not cover. Can be frozen after baking.
