POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can or jar sliced mushrooms
1 sm. can English peas
Pinch of salt - I don't add any
2 c. shredded cheese, save 1 c. for topping

Combine all ingredients and pour in large oblong casserole dish. Top with cheese. Makes 1 large or 2 medium size casseroles. Bake 30 minutes (for your oven) at 325 degrees - ovens vary.
