POTATO CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick of butter, softened
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. frozen hash browns

Mix first 6 ingredients. Stir in frozen hash browns, thawed just enough to pull apart.

Put in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, covered, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover just at the end.
