TUNA ROLL 
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped Brazil nuts or walnuts
1 can tuna fish
1/4 tsp. Tabasco, salt & pepper

To 2 tablespoons parsley, add rest of ingredients. Beat until thick and smooth. Form into ball. Roll in remaining parsley. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
