TOFFEE-WALNUT COFFEE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 egg 1/2 c. almond brickle chips 1/4 c. chopped walnuts Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square pan 8x8x2. Mix baking mix, sugar, sour cream, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Stir in almond brickle chips and walnuts. Spread in pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, drizzle with glaze. VANILLA GLAZE: Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 or 2 tsp. hot water until smooth. |
