APPLE & CARROT CASSEROLE 
5 apples, thinly sliced
2 c. cooked or canned carrots, sliced
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
3/4 c. orange juice

Place a layer of apples in baking dish, then layer of carrots. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, flour and salt. Repeat layers. Pour juice over all. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes.
