CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix like regular cake batter. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. peanut butter

Bring to boil sugar, milk and butter. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake. Cool before cutting.
