FRUIT CANDY BARS 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. rum extract

Sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to soften for 5 minutes. Heat and stir until completely dissolved.

Combine apricots, raisins, pecans, flour, orange peel in blender or food processor until finely chopped. Add to gelatin mix. Add extract; blend completely.

Line 8-inch square pan with plastic or wax paper; spread. Set aside to cool. Turn onto cutting board. Makes 24 bars. Wrap individually. (1 bar = 1 fruit, 1/2 fat, 68 calories)
